* Library Advisory Committee meetings are held quarterly

1. To decide upon the policy matters concern with the library and all other matters pertaining to its.
2. To fix priority of books and journals to be purchased.
3. Review of the utilization of books and journals by faculty and students.
4. Identify the books and journals which are minimally and maximally utilized for further necessary action.
5. Obtain students feedback and suggestions on the working of library.

To review the librarian report on missing books, journals if any.
